COMPREHENSIVE MILK PROCESSING PLANT IN ALGERIA
Tecnical has completed the installation in Algeria of a comprehensive dairy product production plant for pasteurized milk, strained yoghurt (labneh), yoghurt and pressed cheese. The overall planned production output is 5,000 litres per hour.
Tecnical has manufactured and installed the entire production line from the reception of liquid milk and reconstitution of powdered milk to the packaging of the various products. It also supplied and installed the various power generators to supply the facility.
