Tecnical attends the seminar "Hygienic design of meat industry machinery and facilities" in order to optimize existing systems and keep us at the forefront of the latest scientific and technological advances
Within the framework of specialized training, on November the 9th we attended the seminar "Hygienic design of meat industry machinery and facilities", at the IRTA Monells (Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology of the Government of Catalonia).
The seminar, organized by INNOVACC (Catalan Association of innovation in the pig meat industry), was attended by Ms. Carme Chacón, General Deputy Director of Food Security and Health Protection of the Generalitat de Catalunya, who opened the event with the conference "Alerts Results, Incidences and SIVAL".
Dr. Belén Martín and Dr. Josep Comaposada, from IRTA; Mr. Eudald Casas, manager of INNOVACC; and professionals from the companies ACO, BASF, Mullor and Proquimia also participated in the event.
Offering a better service to our customers is one of the permanent objectives of Tecnical, and what motivates us to continually train ourselves to be innovative in the development of new products and to optimize the existing systems.
In addition, we cannot obviate that our business activity entails the responsibility to ensure the food security of the whole society. For this reason, our products must operate under the strictest sanitary and safety regulations; and training us in the latest advances in this area is part of our daily life.
